It all began, as the best things do, over a cup of chai.
While planning a neighborhood Diwali soirée, we hit a wall — a wall of mismatched, low-quality décor from countless Amazon sellers with endless shipping times.
It was our favorite season — sparkle in the air, sweets on the table, and the perfect excuse to buy too many fairy lights — yet nothing felt quite right. The décor was always too blingy, too bland, or simply too uninspired.
So we did what any two design-obsessed women would do: Start a business. Create what we couldn’t find.
But first — we got on a plane.
We flew to India, zig-zagged through alleys, knocked on workshop doors, drank way too much chai, and met with some of the most incredible artisans keeping centuries-old crafts alive. The goal? To create Diwali décor that wasn’t just beautiful — but meaningful. Handmade, high quality, and full of soul that brought these artisans to the forefront.
We’re talking block printing. Hand-set kundans. Vintage brass detailing. The real deal.
