Do I need to celebrate Diwali to shop here?

Not at all. Our pieces are created to bring light and joy to any home, any time of year. Diwali may inspire us, but celebration is universal.  Our products apply to several different celebrations including Christmas, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Halloween, Housewarmings and all South Asian festivals.

Who makes your products?

Our collections are made in partnership with artisans and women-led collectives in India. Every purchase helps keep traditional crafts alive — and spreads a little more light in the world.

Do you give back?

We participate in Shopify Planet.   This allows us to donate to carbon removal projects supported by Shopify's Sustainability Fund and offset our carbon emissions from shipping.

Our sales also support artisan communities and cultural preservation projects.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Our pieces are crafted and packaged with care, and we want them to reach you just as beautifully. Standard shipping across the continental USA typically takes 2–5 business days. If you’d like your order sooner, we offer express shipping (1–3 business days), and overnight delivery for orders placed by 12 PM EST.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. Expanding globally is on our horizon—stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I don’t love my order?

First, ouch—we really wanted you to!  Returns are accepted for store credit within 5 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition.  We only accept a maximum of one return per order and return shipping is customer-paid, so please keep that in mind when sending items back.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not issue refunds, but you’ll receive a store credit that can be applied to your next purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us photos, and we’ll ensure a prompt resolution.

Products

Are your products exactly like the pictures?

Each piece is handmade by artisans, which means no two are exactly alike. You may notice slight variations in color, shape, or finish—these are not flaws, but a reflection of the craftsmanship and authenticity that make your item one-of-a-kind.

Will my item look as beautiful as it does online?

Absolutely. While photography lighting may enhance certain details, every piece is designed to be just as striking in person—often even more so.

Care & Use

Can I send your products as gifts?

Absolutely. We specialize in “Wow, where did you get this?” gifting moments. You can even add a cheeky little note at checkout.
